We have launched our childrens club, after a year of preparation!
Its very exciting! When children join the club they receive a "welcome pack" that was designed and compiled by the Travellers' School Charity, for our beneficiaries.
The Pack includes:
A welcome newsletter
A TSC pen
A TSC badge
and the best bit.....
We chose a variety of trades, some historical and some more modern, to add an educational quality to the cards. We wish to present the diversity within Traveller cultures and the amazing history of the people.
Each newsletter and this website, will detail each family in more depth.
Please contact us if you wish your child/children, or know of a child/children that would wish to join the club

We went to the Spring Greens Fair in Kington, Herefordshire. We had a great two days celebrating Beltane by making May crowns with the children and doing a bit of fundraising. The Spring Greens Fair is organised by the original founder of the TSC Richie Cotterill.
*"WOODLAND EXPERIENCE"* WEEKEND
June 8/9 2013 (Self Sufficiency Project)
The Travellers' School Charity are having a Bushcraft weekend! Traveller children will be creating woodland shelters, discovering edible plants to prepare together for an evening feast, and many Woodland craft activities. It will start around 11am on the Saturday and the kids will stay overnight in bushcraft style to awaken on the Sunday to more craft activity and fun, this is part of the ongoing "Self Sufficiency" project. Traveller children are already quite adept at such things and this weekend acts as a skill sharing weekend and some of the older Traveller children will gain experience in running the planned activities. It is happening near Cardigan in West Wales.
Contact the Project Coordinator- Anna, for more Information.

TT Online brings news, pictures, video, opinion and resources from within the Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities.
The overall objective of this organisation is to work towards a more equitable society where everyone has the right to travel and to stop without constant fear of persecution because of their lifestyle.
